We are hugely excited to welcome you to our new personal training studio situated on the A38 in Axbridge, Somerset. We offer bespoke fitness training services for those seeking a fully supported and highly effective path towards a body that looks, feels and performs better than ever.
We are extremely proud of Target Fitness’ history of supporting those who dislike the busy and often impersonal approach of big gyms. Our mission is to provide a truly unique space and environment, achieving amazing exercise results with a really personal approach.
Hi, I’m Nathan. I’ve been based in Cheddar as a mobile Personal Trainer for 14 years. During my career, I’ve helped in excess of 400 people with general fitness, strength training and Boxercise.
I am delighted to be able to offer clients a unique training space in which they can work to achieve their health and fitness goals, making the most of what the new facility can offer whilst retaining the magic that has served the mobile training service so well over the years.
Hi, I’m Sophie. I have recently entered the fitness industry after a long career in the legal sector and some time at home looking after my two young boys. When I met Nathan a couple of years ago, I had really “lost my mojo” and my sense of “self”.
Training with him has been a journey of self-discovery and has instilled in me a love for health and fitness which I am keen to pass on to others. I am looking forward to helping other people discover the joy and self-confidence that health and fitness can bring.
Hi, I’m Lewis. I am a Personal Trainer and have been coaching clients in Cheddar for over a year.
With a background in sports coaching and a love for health and fitness, personal training was the perfect career choice for me. I love to see clients make improvements in strength and general fitness and, most of all, I love to see their body confidence grow.
I am looking forward to working in Target Fitness' exciting new facility and helping more people achieve and exceed their health and fitness goals.
